  1. Obama and his Programs are in VIOLATION of the FIRST AMENDMENT.

Where are the American Heroes that will stand up and stop him in court.

Separation of Church and State is violated by Obama’s Legislation:
Healthcare, Cap & Trade, even the Extension of Unemployment Insurance.
These are all Charity Programs, and Obama’s personal belief system is in violation of my rights under the First Amendment when his Belief System DEMANDS I and every
other American Citizen become a tax slave to fund his personal beliefs, and personal
    Moral Imperatives.

And NO matter how many American’s believe in Green, or Warming, or Universal Health Care, it does NOT give that Belief System the right to destroy the First Amendment Right To Separation of Church and State, and maintain a secular Government.

Under the First Amendment, every American Citizen has the right to individual freedom of religious exercise, that means I, like EVERY AMERICAN am guaranteed the RIGHT to believe what I want to believe in, without the any Government Official imposing their Personal Belief System upon me, and then demanding I Fund their Belief System Just BECAUSE THEY HAVE DECIDED THEIR BELEIF SYSTEM IS THE NEW STATE RELIGION.

As an American Citizen I am FREE under the CONSTITUTION not to be compelled to fund with my own money any charitable/morality programs in compliance with anyone’s belief system other than my own.

OBAMA and this Administration, including the these program’s perpetrators such as Ried/ Pelosi et all., should be sued and stopped on these grounds. This is a RICO Religious SCAM, against the First Amendment.

They should do time. This OBAMA multi billion dollar religious federal tax scam is flat out illegal.

No Catholic President would be allowed to Federally Tax the American public to
fund Billion Dollar Catholic Charity Programs, despite those program’s compliance with his own personal belief system! It doesn’t matter how “right, or fair” they might seem to him!

The First Amendment is to inure a “Wall” between church and state, just so US citizens ARE NOT FORCED to support ANY religion, even if that religion calls itself
“green” No american Citizen must Abide by any one ELSE’S religious precepts.
Last fall the British Government declared “BELIEF IN GLOBAL WARMING A RELIGION”
That’s because it IS a religion, it is a belief system based on FAITH, including moral precepts, specific morally driven rules of behavior and a belief in their supposed benefits.

The entire Health Care Plan is a Huge Religious Program, and so is the basis of Cap and Trade, All Green programs, cause they are all based on nothing but personal BELIEFS, and PERSONAL Moral Beliefs about Those BELIEFS.

Obama and all politicians are entitled (under the First Amendment) to their OWN MORAL CONVICTIONS and BELIEFS. That is their Right: the Freedom to practice one’s own religion:
and under the First Amendment Obama and everyone in political office is welcome to
give away all of their income to help the needy and create Green businesses, send money to plant tree in exchange for driving or breathing etc. in conformance with their OWN Personal Moral Convictions.

But As long as the USA has the FIRST AMENDMENT, WE HAVE SEPARATION OF CHURCH
AND STATE. And I am not to be FORCED TO SERVE THEIR RELIGION BY MY TRIBUTE.

Obama’s personal religious convictions about charity healthcare for the needy, Co2 imagined “problems”, the “necessity” of green conversion, light bulb conversion, illegal alien amnesty,
extension of unemployment insurance programs, etc. no matter how much
any politician BELIEVES in these MORALLY DRIVEN CHARITY PROGRAMS they are only allowed under the US CONSTITUTION to provide for these programs out of their own pocket, and not ESTABLISH THEIR CONVICTIONS AS THE STATE RELIGION OF THE USA.
