Ted Cruz did a video for China Aid’s 2015 Freedom and Justice Dinner, standing up for Chinese Christians and strongly supporting freedom of religion in China. He also said that it’s time for China to end its brutal one-child policy.
I post this because this is what you can expect from Ted Cruz as President. And it’s awesome.
“Justices Ginsburg and Kagan, knowing full well that unique legal issues regarding the definition of marriage would soon come before them, deliberately officiated at so-called homosexual wedding ceremonies creating not merely the appearance of bias, but an actual and blatant conflict of interest,” he said.
“In my personal view they have committed an unparalleled breach of judicial ethics by elevating the importance of their own favored political cause of gay rights above the integrity of the court and of our nation.”
The biggest danger homosexual civil marriage presents is the enshrining into law the notion that sexual love, regardless of its fecundity, is the sole criterion for marriage. If the state must recognize a marriage of two men simply because they love one another, upon what basis can it deny marital recognition to a group of two men and three women, for example, or a sterile brother and sister who claim to love each other? Homosexual activists protest that they only want all couples treated equally. But why is sexual love between two people more worthy of state sanction than love between three, or five? When the purpose of marriage is procreation, the answer is obvious. If sexual love becomes the primary purpose, the restriction of marriage to couples loses its logical basis, leading to marital chaos.

Whenever I have received a call from a listener to my radio show challenging Israel’s legitimacy, I have asked these people if they ever called a radio show to challenge any other country’s legitimacy. In particular, I ask, have they ever questioned the legitimacy of Pakistan?
The answer, of course, is always “no.” In fact, no caller ever understood why I even mentioned Pakistan.
There are two reasons for this.
First, of all the 200-plus countries in the world, only Israel’s legitimacy is challenged. So mentioning any other country seems strange to a caller. Second, almost no one outside of India and Pakistan knows anything about the founding of Pakistan.
Only months before the U.N. adopted a proposal to partition Palestine into a Jewish and Arab state in 1947, India was partitioned into a Muslim and Hindu state. The Hindu state was, of course, India. And the Muslim state became known as Pakistan. It comprises 310,000 square miles, about 40,000 square miles larger than Texas.
In both cases, the declaration of an independent state resulted in violence. As soon as the newly established state of Israel was declared in May 1948, it was invaded by six Arab armies. And the partition of India led to terrible violence between Muslims and Hindus.

Is immigrating from less-developed countries to the West a good or a bad thing, for host and guest? Is the immigrant angry at, or nostalgic for, the country he left? Is he thankful to or resentful of the country he has come to? Does the Westerner know why the other seeks him out or why he himself chooses not to emigrate to the non-West? These questions and dozens like them are not so much never answered as never even asked. The result is chaos.

Christian Bakers Detail the ‘Scary’ and ‘Almost Horrific’ Things the Gov’t Has Done Since They Refused to Make a Lesbian Wedding Cake
The ongoing saga surrounding Aaron and Melissa Klein, the Christian owners of the confectionery shop Sweet Cakes by Melissa who gained national attention after they refused to make a wedding cake for a lesbian couple in 2013, continues, as an Oregon judge has recommended that they pay the women $135,000 for emotional damages — a lump sum that the Kleins say could put them “out on the street.”
“A government that can tell you what you have to do and what you have to say is pretty darn scary, and when they come at you and try to take everything you have because of it, well, I mean, that’s almost horrific,” Aaron Klein told The Church Boys podcast. “We are the average American family trying to live out the American dream and honor God in our life, and so, that’s why we’re in the situation we’re in.”
He explained that the $135,000 wouldn’t come from the family’s business proceeds or from insurance and that they would be personally forced to pay it out of pocket — a dynamic that would profoundly impact the Kleins as well as their five children.
“It’s coming straight from our personal assets,” Klein said. “That would be our vehicle, our house, the money that should be used to feed our kids, you know, that sort of thing. So, this is not something that will be real easy to pay up.”
He described the proposed payment as being “just the thing to bankrupt somebody.”

This is a great interview with Mona Walter, a former Muslim who, after she actually read the Koran, left Islam because she realized Allah was a god of hate and Muhammad was a killer. Growing up in Somalia as a Muslim, she said she had never read the Koran. It was only until she moved to Sweden that she read it for herself and realized how hateful Islam really is. She first became an atheist, but eventually became a Christian and is now on a mission to make sure Muslims know what is really in the Koran.
It’s bad enough when you can’t trust your nation’s enemies, but when you cannot trust your own President you have a very big problem because Iran is not just a threat to America and Israel, but to the entire world.

That said, my greater source of personal concern, outrage and sympathy beyond this particular case is focused neither upon one night’s property damage nor upon the acts, but is focused rather upon the past four-decade period during which an American political elite have shipped middle class and working class jobs away from Baltimore and cities and towns around the U.S. to third-world dictatorships like China and others, plunged tens of millions of good hard-working Americans into economic devastation, and then followed that action around the nation by diminishing every American’s civil rights protections in order to control an unfairly impoverished population living under an ever-declining standard of living and suffering at the butt end of an ever-more militarized and aggressive surveillance state.
“They need to understand there is no freedom of speech or freedom of association without religious liberty,” Jindal continued.” He said he believes it is possible to both have religious liberty and end discrimination but it’s important to understand that “religious liberty means being able to live our lives, 24-hours a day, 7 days a week according to our faith, according to our conscience, according to our beliefs.”
Priorities: Obama Sends THREE Reps to Freddie Gray Funeral–Sent ZERO to American Sniper Chris Kyle’s and British PM Thatcher’s Funerals
by Warner Todd Huston
This blatant act of pandering shows where Obama’s priorities are. This week he sent three–count ‘em THREE–White House representatives to the funeral of Baltimore resident Freddie Gray. But he didn’t send a single official to either American sniper Chris Kyle’s or British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher’s funerals.

There was a time when Common Core supporters loudly insisted the program — adopted by no fewer than 46 states — was most assuredly not federal, that any allegation that this astounding national uniformity was the result of federal pressure was a nasty, vicious lie. The State Standards Initiative confidently declares as “myth” the assertions that “Common Core State Standards were adopted by states as part of the [federal] Race to the Top grant program” or that the “federal government will take over ownership” of Common Core. The Initiative’s position is clear: “The federal government will not govern the Common Core State Standards. The Common Core was and will remain a state-led effort.” (Emphasis in original.) Yet when Common Core is threatened by a large-scale parental revolt, look who moves in to crush the dissenters’ dreams — Arne Duncan, the race-baiting (federal) Secretary of Education.

Todd’s American Dispatch: Franklin Graham Defends Christian Bakery Persecuted By LGBT Activists, Govt.
By Todd Starnes, FOX NEWS
One of the nation’s most respected Evangelical Christian leaders has come to the defense of a Christian bakery facing a fierce assault from militant LGBT activists and the government.
Franklin Graham has announced he will back a fundraising effort to help Aaron and Melissa Klein, the owners of Sweet Cakes By Melissa in Oregon.
“We’re all in real danger if something isn’t done to put a stop to this kind of deliberate targeting and malicious treatment of Christians,” Graham wrote on his Facebook page.
One might think from the name that “Human Rights Watch” is an organization dedicated solely to monitoring human rights conditions around the world. But long-time readers may be familiar with a few examples we have documented that show the organization to be obsessed with bashing Israel and employing individuals with very questionable judgement.
There was the human rights “expert” who enjoyed collecting Nazi memorabilia (and bashing Israel.) There was the Human Rights Watch Director who went on a fund-raising trip to Saudi Arabia (with one of the worst human rights records) and returned to pen a piece for CNN trashing Ariel Sharon — within hours of the death of the former Israeli Prime Minister.
And now — when Israel has rushed a medical team to help the victims of the earthquake in Nepal — comes a Tweet from the current Executive Director:
The Jewish people’s un-renounced legal and religious claims to their historic and national homeland – a claim recognized by the international community and enshrined in legal instruments by the pre-UN League of Nations and Article 80 of the UN Charter – is routinely met with antipathy by Canada’s journalists and Israel’s detractors.
Europe nearly “exterminated” all of its Jews, and chose instead to import tens of millions of Muslims. As country after country caves and cowers to Islamic supremacist demands, violence and hatred, the Jews, the most despised of people under Islam, are fleeing in droves — and those who stay must hide. Europe will reap what she has sown.

Here’s good advice for conservatives, as this political campaign season is revving up: Don’t use the euphemisms “liberal” or “progressive” to describe those on the left. These descriptors immediately cede a perception advantage to your challenger. The better, more accurate term is “leftist,” since those on the political left are typically not liberal in the true sense of the word, nor are they progressive.
Good examples of this come from the issue involving climate science. Leftists have worked long and hard to shutdown reasonable debate on the question of the degree of human influence on climate change. Thus, leftists are certainly not being liberal regarding exchange of ideas.
In addition, leftist solutions to energy needs of nations is to fight supposed anthropogenic global warming with yesteryear’s sunbeam and sea-breeze catchers, rather than to get on board with modern, cutting-edge fracking and nuclear technologies. Thus, leftists are not being progressive regarding advancement of society.
Unfortunately, leftist cannot even be counted on to liberate and develop people by championing true freedom, since leftists look to impose their views on others directly or through government control. So, if conservatives are looking for an alternative moniker for leftists, perhaps “statists” fits the bill.
The Middle East is on the brink of its fourth war (after Syria, Iraq and Yemen). debkafile’s military and intelligence sources report that Egypt is massing large-scale ground and air forces in the Western Desert along the Libyan border, in preparation for a military campaign to capture eastern Libya – Cyrenaica – from the Islamist State of Syria and Iraq – ISIS – occupation.
The substantial naval and marine forces assembling at Egypt’s Mediterranean ports indicate the possible launching of the offensive by dropping Egyptian marines on the Libyan coast around Derna (pop: 100,000), which ISIS has made its provincial capital. They may be accompanied by simultaneous landings of paratroops from the air.
For President Abdel-Fatteh El-Sisi, ISIS’s presence in eastern Libya (as well as Sinai) poses an unacceptable peril to his country. He has been warned in a number of intelligence reports that the Islamic State’s terrorists have already penetrated some Egyptian towns and even infiltrated certain army units.
To counter the Egyptian plan of campaign, ISIS is rushing reinforcements to eastern Libya from Syria and Iraq. From Syria, they are traveling by air or sea through the Mediterranean; from Iraq, through the Sinai Peninsula, whence oil and drug rings smuggle them across the Suez Canal and Egypt.
debkafile’s sources reveal that Egypt’s projected invasion of Libya was high on the agenda of American CIA Director John Brennan’s unannounced visit to Cairo on April 19 for a meeting with the president.
In reply to his visitor’s demand for precise information on Egypt’s Libyan campaign. President El-Sisi offered an assurance that he had no intention of keeping the Egyptian army in Libya. He would pull the troops out after defeating and disarming the jihadis and hand power to the Libyan government, which has established its seat in the eastern town of Tobruk near the Egyptian border and home to Libyan military bases and oil terminals.
The Tobruk government was set up by Libyan members of parliament who fled the capital Tripoli when it was overrun by a group of extremist Islamist militias, known as the Libyan Dawn, which included elements associated with Al Qaeda in the Islamic Maghreb – AQIM.
The head of the this government is Abdullah al-Thinni, who is recognized by the United States and most Western governments as the legitimate prime minister of Libya.

A group of grassroots Christian students at a Pennsylvania high school organized a “Flannel Day,” where students all wore flannel to show their support and unity for opposing the LGBT lifestyle. This event was referred to as “Anti-Gay Day” by the media. The event was created in response to the nationally-observed Day of Silence.
The Huffington Post, Buzzfeed, and several other liberal mainstream media outlets picked up the story, and have reported many falsehoods about the faith-based demonstration. They claimed that Christian students pushed, bullied and placed anti-gay posters on homosexual student’s lockers. The Advocate, also claimed that along with wearing flannel, students were also supposed to write “anti-gay” on their hands, which if you observe the pictures, it was simply not true and could only be seen on the hand of one student. Cowger Nation exclusively interviewed one of the main students who organized the demonstration, along with a parent of one of the students. They explained what actually occurred during this event, along with what lead up to the counter-demonstration.
On April 17, students from McGuffey High School’s Gay-Straight Alliance participated in the LGBT Day of Silence. LGBT youth activists, plastered professionally-printed posters promoting the day, along with passing out Day of Silence propaganda and held silent demonstrations, attempting to gain support for the homosexual agenda.
A group of grassroots Christian students began organizing a counter protest, and one of the pupils suggested that the group should wear flannel to show their unity.
“We respected their day,” said one of the Christian organizers. “We wore flannels to represent our beliefs.”
The following day, approximately 50 Christian students arrived at the school dressed in the specified attire. They began writing Bible verses on plain pieces of paper, and then attached them on the walls underneath of the LGBT Day of Awareness posters.
The demonstration was peacefully carried-out; however, the LGBT students were outraged by the counter protest.
Allegedly, Zoe Johnson, a bi-sexual student at McGuffey, began contacting different media outlets, demanding that they cover the story. When they agreed, she began accusing the Christian students of bullying LGBT pupils and members of the GSA.
An Oregon-based bakery owned by Christians shut down after being told they had to bake a cake for a gay wedding despite their religious objections, but they were able to raise $109,000 in a “GoFundMe” campaign. That is until gay advocates started berating the company for letting Christians use their service in a way they didn’t like. So now it’s shut down.

Ted Cruz is still my guy for 2016, but I really, really, really like Bobby Jindal. He’s an unapologetic Christian with stones. Along with Cruz, he is one of the strongest proponents of religious freedom and Constitutional rights out there. I could not believe how fast Mike Pence folded on the issue in Indiana. We need more principled leaders like Bobby Jindal who won’t be bullied or bribed into letting the Leftists have their way in America. The Marriage and Conscience Act sounds like an excellent step in the right direction.

What we’re seeing with entities like ISIS and the Iranian regime, are reflections of the Ottoman Empire. You may have heard of the Ottoman Empire in passing in your history lessons in school when you were young. But you’re about to learn a few details that will make you see history repeating itself, in our time…
The Ottoman Empire (1299-1922), was an Islamic Caliphate…a form of Islamic government led by a caliph, a person considered a political and religious successor to their prophet Muhammed and a leader of the entire Muslim community (Ummah). They, like all Islamic movements since Muhammed, invaded non-Muslims lands and took land, pillaged, raped, tortured and slaughtered…all with the same goal of conquering the entire earth for Islam. They slaughtered their way through Christian Europe for 500 years…hence the reason for the Crusades (see THE CRUSADES: A Direct Response To Islam’s Bloodlust).
The following are quotes from various credible sources on the barbaric behavior… especially toward Christians…of the Ottoman Empire:

When Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R., Ky.) postponed the vote to confirm Loretta Lynch as attorney general in order to break the filibuster of a human-trafficking bill, Senator Dick Durbin (D., Ill.) punished him by suggesting that the delay was motivated by racism.
“Loretta Lynch, the first African-American woman nominated to be attorney general, is asked to sit in the back of the bus when it comes to the Senate calendar,” Durbin said on the Senate floor in March. McConnell didn’t flinch during the human trafficking fight, which Republicans ultimately won, but such accusations stung.
In public, Republican senators and aides say that GOP support for Lynch’s confirmation reflects the belief that the Senate has a duty to confirm a president’s cabinet nominees if they have the requisite qualifications. In private, they admit that charges of racism such as the one leveled by Durbin discouraged them from blocking her nomination entirely. As a result, Obama paid no political price for issuing executive orders on immigration that he himself had previously admitted were unconstitutional.

The agenda is never the agenda for the Left. And this is especially true for gay marriage. Homosexual marriage is a Trojan horse tactic. The true agenda is to establish the primacy of homosexual rights over the First Amendment’s guarantee of the free exercise of religion. Our nation was founded on this principle, and the gay marriage movement seeks to destroy it.
