Gosnell and ‘Pro-Choice’: Fleeing From Reason?

Take the emotion out of it. After Gosnell, is it possible for an impartial observer to offer a logical argument proving abortion is not murder?

  1. With Gosnell there was no choice. He forced everyone at his clinic to have an abortion. If you were brought there by someone who wanted the abortion, if you were grossed out or you just got bad vibes about the place and you just changed your mind, Gosnell would have none of that. He used violence, and sometimes drugs to knock women into line. The back exit was padlocked shut to prevent women from escaping out the back door. Forget everything you ever heard about a woman’s right to choose. Gosnell didn’t believe in it, and certainly didn’t practice it.
Karnamayer Monger, the woman Gosnell is accused of killing in a botched abortion, didn’t even speak English. Who’s to say if she even knew she was in an abortion clinic, let alone if she wanted an abortion. Her interpreter said so, but he might have been lying, just because the abortion was important to him. We’ll never know.
