Obama-EPA Moving Quietly to Impose Gas Tax

CNN is apparently willing to include the words “honor killing” and “conservative Afghan” in its news reports but is unwilling to say that the honor killing was mandated by Islamic teachings or even mention that the murderers were Muslims. Instead, the word “conservative” has the effect of comparing such nasty people with the Christian right in America.

The most tragically ironic aspect of this story is that the man who murdered his daughters and tried to cover it up, said that he killed them because they “betrayed kindness.”

This CNN news report is a must-see for the network’s bias. It fits right in line with the network’s history of running interference for Islamists.

Prayer was removed from public schools in 1962. We can all agree that our kids are far better off today because of that decision. Right?

In my six tours across America with the Tea Party Express, I have met numerous families who home-school their children. The difference between public-school and home-schooled children is dramatic. Home-schooled children are poised, happy, respectful, and simply better-educated.

Earlier this week Canada kicked out a Rwandan man accused of helping instigate the genocide in his homeland almost 20 years ago, but if were up to the mandarins at the United Nations, Leon Mugesera would still be on Canadian soil.

Despite being found inadmissible to Canada in 1995 by a Liberal cabinet minister, deemed inadmissible by the Supreme Court in 2005 and having lost all of his appeals, the UN stepped in to protect the accused war criminal.

The international body wanted its decisions to supersede Canadian law and courts, and have their people determine when and if we could boot him back to Kigali.

I think most Canadians would find it ridiculous that the UN, the body that told its peacekeepers to stand by and let the Rwandan genocide happen, would intervene to protect a man accused of instigating the mass slaughter.

This isn’t the first time the UN has tried to take control of Canadian decision-making.

In a refreshing change of pace from Republican candidates taking potshots at each other on the campaign trail, Newt Gingrich put some perspective on the presidential race when he clarified the challenge for the eventual party nominee, and what is at stake. He told a large crowd in Coral Springs, Florida Wednesday that

We need somebody who is a conservative and who can stand up to [President Obama] and debate and who can clearly draw the contrast between the Declaration of Independence and the writings of Saul Alinsky… The centerpiece of this campaign, I believe, is American exceptionalism versus the radicalism of Saul Alinsky.

Gingrich’s attempts to tie Alinsky, the Chicago community organizer and author of the revolutionary handbook Rules for Radicals, to the Chicago community organizer in the White House prompted James Rosen to question this unusual strategy for Fox News online:

Irish actor Liam Neeson says he is thinking about becoming a Muslim after undergoing a spiritual awakening in Turkey.

Neeson, who was born into a Roman Catholic family in Ballymena, Northern Ireland, told the London-based newspaper The Sun that he was impressed by the religious atmosphere in Istanbul while filming a movie in the city.

He said: “The [Islamic] call to prayer happens five times a day, and for the first week, it drives you crazy, and then it just gets into your spirit, and it’s the most beautiful, beautiful thing. There are 4,000 mosques in the city. Some are just stunning, and it really makes me think about becoming a Muslim.”

Neeson is just one of hundreds of thousands of Europeans who are trading their Christian heritage for the supposed exoticism of Islam. The surge in conversions is contributing to the mainstreaming of Islam in Europe and contributing to the Islamization of the continent.
