Romney is once again pandering, this time to unions. From Peter Hamby with CNN:

How ridiculous is this? He won’t take a position on it, yet he shows up to ‘rally the troops’? According to Hotair, he actually supported it in June. But now he can’t?

This is EXACTLY why I refuse to support Romney for the nomination. He is nothing more than a political opportunist who thinks more votes than he does of principles.
