First they blamed Christians and now they blame Jews
More nut bar insanity but this time it’s not the from the anti-Christian and anti-Jewish left but apparently by the muslim arabs of the Canadian Arab Federation. Another example of a derangement syndrome.
O’Reilly – Media Branding Norway Killer a Christian Extremist (7.26.11)
O’Reilly’s guest selectively quotes Breivik and she does so for a reason. You can see why in the full quote:
“If you have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and God then you are a religious Christian. Myself and many more like me do not necessarily have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and God. We do however believe in Christianity as a cultural, social, identity and moral platform. This makes us Christian.”
Blaming the innocent for Mass Murderers
Judi McLeod:
Why is it that society can now count on certain latter-day media to add to the horror of evil crazed mass murderers like Anders Breivik by deliberately roping in faultless bystanders in the aftermath of the heinous slaughter of innocents?
Media finger pointing is all the more repugnant when it arises even as the shock and heartache is at its earliest stage and before the aggrieved can even bury their loved ones.
Trying to make sense of the grotesque rantings of a killer who plagiarized the manifesto of another killer is one thing. Dragging in the names of any referred to in the diary of a self-aggrandizing madman is, in effect, propping up a monster and paying dues to pure evil.
In the same manifesto in which Breivik named names, the Norway mass murderer claimed to be proud of his Norwegian ethnicity, yet slaughtered in cold blood 68 of his own people, many young teenagers, the pride of Norway.
Breivik’s passing claims on Christianity are just as false, a week-old FaceBook Christian whose “Christianity” does not include Jesus Christ.
A vulture-like, irresponsible mainstream media led by the New York Times tried to finger the anti-jihad crusaders. We’re most of us anti-jihad, it’s just that some are more courageous speaking out about it than others.
Now it’s “global warming deniers”, the same ones Al Gore’s Canadian counterpart David Suzuki wants thrown into jail being tossed into the danger zone.

The fascist inclinations of the left is well established historically and is only constrained in the west by the vigilant defence of our constitutional guarantees. Sadly, over time, these guarantees have been systemically eroded by activist judges and political corruption. In the media the hostility to conservatism is well documented and it has never been more brazen and virulent than in the past few days. Disgusting. It is no wonder the MSM is disappearing before our eyes, soon to be fully replaced by the comparatively responsible and balanced reporting of the new media.
The New Religious Right?
Hans Rustad:
Chief of Norway’s intelligence police, PST, Janne Kristiansen says that Anders Behring Breivik was not extreme in his views on the internet. She would rather call him a moderate.
Her statement is an embarrasment for the media who since Friday has made a big fuzz about Behring Breivik’s writings on the net, amongst others this website.
Her dismissal of his opinions as almost moderate suggests that the media employs guilt by association by deliberate design.
[...]
I, and many others, have spent the past few days deconstructing the slanderous meme in the media that Breivik is a right-wing extremist fundamentalist Christian. He was none of those things. He was a deranged xenophobe. The writer of the above article nails it when he writes ‘the media employs guilt by association by deliberate design.’ This should put to rest any presumption by the general public that the media is either objective or ideologically neutral. The MSM is an organ of anti-Christian/conservative propaganda and it must be changed by rooting-out the problem in the schools of journalism which consistently turn out these radical, left-wing demagogues.
Drought Withers Smallest Hay Crop in Century to Boost Beef Costs
By Whitney McFerron and Jeff Wilson:
The smallest U.S. hay crop in more than a century is withering under a record Texas drought, boosting the cost of livestock feed for dairy farmers and beef producers from California to Maryland.
The price of alfalfa, the most common hay variety, surged 51 percent in the past year, reaching a record $186 a short ton in May, government data show. Hay and grass make up about half of what cattle eat over their lifetimes, so parched pastures are forcing ranchers to find alternative sources of feed, pushing some spot-market corn to the highest ever.
[...]
The drought, which is the worst ever in Texas, is compounding a hay shortage caused by farmers shifting this year to more profitable crops, including corn. The U.S. may harvest 57.605 million acres of hay in 2011, the least on records going back to 1909, U.S. Department of Agriculture data show. Corn was sown on 92.282 million acres, the second-most since 1944.
Ethanol Corn GrabSurging demand from ethanol refiners, livestock producers and importers sent corn futures up 75 percent in the past year, as of yesterday. The U.S. is the world’s largest corn grower and exporter, and the government said June 9 that, for the first time ever, more of the crop will be used to make fuel than animal feed.

Once again the policies of the anti-oil, eco-zealots has caused misery, famine and higher prices for everything. This was their hope all along because they hate mankind and despise progress.
WaPo ‘On Faith’ Contributor Blames Christianity for Oslo Bombing, Shooting
By Ken Shepherd:
Behring Breivik himself went to the pains to insist he’s not a religious Christian. He’s not engaged in a theologically or eschatalogically-inspired view of spiritual warfare that involves the use of physical violence to attain religious ends.
The Oslo bomber’s manifesto undermines Brooks Thislethwaite’s argument. Hopefully the Chicago Theological Seminary professor will issue a mea culpa, although if she doesn’t, it’s probably because it was too tempting to attack American evangelicals as potential terrorists:

It’s not the Murdochs but the BBC that holds the real power in Britain
By Tim Montgomerie:
Where does media power really lie in Britain? Not with James and Rupert Murdoch: long before “hackgate”, and the pair’s unimpressive appearance before the Culture and Media Select Committee, the News International empire was in decline, as their newspapers lost sales and, with them, influence.
No, the real power is in the hands of the Murdochs’ arch-enemy: the BBC. When it comes to news, 73 per cent of us get most of it from television – and the BBC supplies 70 per cent of TV news. Its dominance is even greater when you factor in the high-end, high-impact programmes that shape the whole current affairs agenda: the Today programme, Newsnight, Question Time.
This dominance wouldn’t matter if the BBC provided fair coverage on all the big issues. But it doesn’t. It is actually a broadcaster with many obsessions. One is public spending cuts. Every morning, the Today programme provides a platform for anti-cuts lobby groups and misses the bigger picture, such as the fact that Britain is spending twice as much on EU bail-outs as George Osborne is saving from domestic cuts.

Why Abbas Cannot Recognize Israel as a Jewish State
by David Meir-Levi:
Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu demands that the Palestinian Authority recognize Israel as a “Jewish State.” The Palestinian Authority’s President Mahmud Abbas refuses. Netanyahu demands again and Abbas refuses. Netanyahu tells the US Congress that if only Abbas would recognize Israel as a Jewish State then 90% of the conflict would be over; but Abbas refuses.
One might think that we are witness to two five-year-olds engaged in a playground argument: “Yes you will!” “No I won’t!” “You must!” “I can’t!”
But one would be wrong.
The issue of Israel’s existence as a Jewish State is the very core of the conflict. If Abbas, or any other Muslim leader for that matter, were to agree that Israel is a Jewish state, he would be in opposition to the Islamic religious concepts of “defense of Muslim lands” and of non-Muslims as dhimmi.

AFSCME’s War on Workers & Taxpayers: A Look Inside The AFSCME Playbook
by LaborUnionReport:
Last year, when Larry Scanlon, the Director of Political Operations for one of the nation’s largest government unions, the American Federation of State County and Municipal Employees (AFSCME), stated “the more members coming in, the more dues coming in, the more money we have for politics,” it was symbolic of a system corrupted by union bosses who enrich themselves at the expense of America’s taxpayers.
While AFSCME and other government unions are settling contracts that require members to pay more for their health insurance and retirement, as well as furlough days, to rein in out-of-control budget, with the exception of a few states like Arizona, New Jersey, Ohio and Wisconsin, the government-union power structure is being left almost wholly intact.
In fact, in states like California, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Massachusetts, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, and Washington government union bosses have been left largely unrestrained to continue expanding their power at the expense of the taxpayers in those states.

Israel Releases ‘The Truth About the West Bank’ Video Challenging Palestinian Narrative
by Tiffany Gabbay:
Israel’s Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Danny Ayalon has launched a video titled “The Truth About the West Bank.” In the partially animated educational video, Ayalon relays historical facts relating to the Israeli Palestinian conflict, including explanations on where the terms “West Bank”, “occupied territories” and “67 Borders” derived from and how he says they are incorrectly applied.
Ayalon asserts that Judea and Samaria were taken from the occupying Jordanians during a defensive war, hence the “settlements” are legal. In an Israel National News report from mid-July, Ayalon explained his vision for the video:

Israel Palestinian Conflict: The Truth About the West Bank
Speak Plainly to Israel? How to Speak Plainly to the Palestinians, Too
by Malcolm Lowe:
Israel’s prime minister, Benyamin Netanyahu, recently complained that the whole world makes demands upon Israel in the name of Middle East peace, but nobody demands anything of the Palestinians. We could add that Netanyahu’s predecessors, too, demanded little of them. The Israeli approach to peace negotiations was to offer piecemeal concessions to the Palestinians, hoping for reciprocity.
Yet even Netanyahu has merely asked for Palestinian recognition of Israel as the nation state of the Jews. That is, he asks for a statement of words, which the Palestinians could ignore later on. By contrast, Israel faces demands to establish facts on the ground, such as the removal or at least the freezing of settlements. Thus Netanyahu, too, has not yet overcome the disproportion of demands.

Oslo Shooter’s Lawyer: I Think My Client is Insane
by Jonathon M. Seidl:
OSLO, Norway (AP) — The defense lawyer for Anders Behring Breivik said Tuesday his client’s case suggests he is insane, adding that someone has to take the job of defending him but that he will not take instructions from his client.
[...]
Asked Tuesday at a press conference if Breivik was giving him instructions for his defense, Lippestad said he wasn‘t and that he wouldn’t take such instructions. He says the whole case suggests his client is insane.
[...]
Just as I stated yesterday, this man is insane. The left-wing media narrative that this man is Christian is ludicrous and dangerous. If even one Christian is assaulted or, God forbid, murdered as a result of this irresponsible and politically-driven mantra by the media then the blood of the innocent will be squarely on their hands. This deranged man hasn’t stepped inside a Church in 17 years and knows nothing of the tenets of the faith and even goes so far as to state unequivocally that he is ‘a man of logic’ and not religious. So how does the MSM spin this man into being a “Christian fundamentalist”, let alone a Christian?
